The family’s seventh generation continues to refine its craft from a small multiple-commodity operation, to an expanded dairy operation featuring heralded Jersey Cows, to an on-site cheese production facility. We are excited to expand our full-fledged, minimal waste dairy strategies into beef, pork, and poultry options. While our business was initially inspired as a self-sustaining family farm, our appreciation of conscientious strategies resulting in quality products has encouraged us to share the knowledge we have gleaned over the years. Never wavering from this basis, we continue to create and look forward to distributing the highest quality products.
